Application review

This is the first stage of the recruitment process, where we select the applications that best match the requirements of the specific position. Due to the high volume of applications, we only contact selected candidates whose profiles closely align with our requirements and needs.

Phone interview

The next step is an initial phone interview to gather additional information relevant to your application. If you meet our requirements, we will invite you for an in-person interview at our company headquarters.

Interview

The next stage is an in-person meeting at our company headquarters, where we will discuss your experience, skills, and expectations. We will also provide an overview of the role and give you time to ask any questions you may have. Depending on the position you're applying for, the interview may include a test to assess your knowledge and skills. If the role requires proficiency inEnglish, part of the interview may be conducted in English.

Recruitment results

After completing interviews with selected candidates, we analyze the information gathered during the recruitment process. Regardless of the outcome, we contact all candidates who participated in the interviews to provide feedback. If the decision is positive, we will present a job offer and inform you about the next steps.
